Welcome to Lehigh Resort & Golf Club, a beautifully maintained timeshare destination dedicated to delivering an inviting and memorable experience for every member and guest. We take pride in our picturesque property and are looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to help keep our resort grounds in top-tier condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Grounds Maintenance: Maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and plant beds; trim and edge sidewalks, walkways, and curbs; assist with planting seasonal flowers and tropical foliage.
- Property Upkeep: Remove debris, fallen branches, and litter across the grounds. Support storm preparation and post-storm cleanup.
- Equipment Operation & Care: Safe operation of landscaping tools (trimmers, blowers, hedge cutters, etc.) and routine maintenance to keep tools in safe working condition.
- Irrigation Support: Monitor and maintain irrigation systems. Perform tasks including head and valve trimming, PVC pipe repairs, head leveling, and minor electrical adjustments.
- Turf & Plant Care: Apply fertilizers and treatments according to company guidelines and safety protocols.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA standards, safety procedures, FLSA regulations, and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
- Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred, or related experience in hospitality/resort groundskeeping.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required (a motor vehicle background check will be conducted).

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
- Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred, or related experience in hospitality/resort groundskeeping.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required (a motor vehicle background check will be conducted).

Physical Working Conditions:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for prolonged periods.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high Florida heat and humidity.
